Bio: Hailing from Orlando, FL, and San Diego, CA, “Mrs. Brittany,” studied Music Education at San Diego State University, Musical Theater at NYU and earned a degree in Vocal Performance from The Manhattan School of Music. Her professional career began at the age of 10 with the Orlando Opera Company children’s chorus (Tosca, Die Zauberflöte, and Hansel and Gretel.) Favorite national tours and regional credits include: South Pacific (Nellie), A Chorus Line(Cassie), The Fantasticks! (Luisa), The Mikado (Yum-Yum), The Beggar’s Opera (LucyLockit), Scrooge: The Musical (Mrs. Cratchit), Cam Jansen (Aunt Molly), and GlenMiller’s In the Mood. In concert, Mrs. Fyvolent has sung with the Village LightOpera, the Bard SummerScape Festival, the American Symphony Orchestra at Lincoln Center, with the LA Master Chorale at Walt Disney Concert Hall and is a current member of the Pasadena Master Chorale.
As a teacher, director, and NATS member, she has worked with Young AudiencesNew York, Little Maestros (NYC’s premiere infant/toddler program), and MSM’sMusical Theater Ensemble. She enjoys sharing her passion for music with infants, children, teens, and adults alike. As a vocal health advocate, she is patient and detailed. Her students excel through her positive spirit, consistent encouragement!
